Live demonstration stage sponsored by Aspects Holidays, with appearances from our talented team of chefs, plus some mini-chefs from Gwinear School

 All-weather shopping centre marquee with over 30 stands from the finest local food and drink producers.

Trevaskis' own 'Barcelona' inspired market stall, with butchery, fishmongers, deli and juice bar, where you can buy all of Trevaskis' finest food produced on-site, from pies and pasties to cakes and salads, to take away or eat in our rustic canteen

 Hog roast with home-reared, rare breed pork served with homemade Bramley apple sauce and our popular Farmhouse Kitchen salads

 Barbecue serving our home-made speciality burgers such as pork and chilli, homemade sausages and more

A butchery masterclass by Pete Davies our head butcher and his team Demonstration from fishmonger Martin Clements 

Cookery demonstrations from our own team of chefs: Ryan Scammell, Emma Dickens, Jack Adamson, TJ Rowe and Scott Halliday, culminating in a high speed ‘Chefs’ Cook Off’ with Ryan and Emma

Charity raffle in aid of St Julia’s Hospice

 Licensed bar by Skinners of Cornwall featuring Cornish ales and ciders
