Good Friday Fish Fair - 18th April

It’s Good Friday Fish Fair, come and join us to celebrate all things fishy!

We’ll have some of the favourites from last year; touchy feely fish, face painting, and a fish trail around the farm to keep the kids entertained. Plus lots of samples of our lovely products...

New for this year! Giles and the restaurant tea...m will be demonstrating a selection of recipe ideas and how to fillet/prepare fish throughout the day – hot and sour shell fish soup, monkfish curry, crab linguine, plus whatever lands on the day! Showing you what to do with razor clams, dived for in our very own Hayle bay when in season.

Ever seen a whole monk fish? Spider crab meat, clams, mussels, cockles, lobster, whole crab and more.

We’ve been promised some sun (!) so, first BBQ of the year? Fish kebabs, mackerel burgers, crab claws plus pints of prawns, cockles and mussels...


From the restaurant and on the BBQ, Mediterranean veg & mackerel pasties, Goan gurnard pasties, BBQ Cajun mackerel baps, skewered sardines with Wild Pesto, squid chickpea and chorizo salad...
