Western Burger- our homemade ‘Long Horn Breed beef burgers served in an old miners bap with bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, and onion rings finished with jalapenos and a ranch salad

Judge- 20oz rump
Sheriff- 12oz rib eye
Deputy-12oz sirloin
Marshall-8oz fillet
Deputy and criminal- 12oz sirloin served with garlic butter and shrimps

Vegetarian
Spicy bean burgers-western mixed beans with a subtle western spice served in an old miner’s bap and a ranch salad
Half Butternut-squash halved stuffed butternut squash with western marinated vegetables
South-western salad-with mixed salad leaves, corn, black beans, runner beans red onions and a range dressing
Fish
Grilled salmon-with a western crust served on a bed of spinach finished with a pesto dressing
Cajun blackened catfish-well we had to improvise, so were using something similar, monkfish- served with chorizo and rocket salad finished with a chunky sundried tomato salsa
Breaded shrimp-served with a ranch salad & a choice of dips - traditional tartar or a Western spice dip
Baked pike- with a lemon & dill butter but again we had to improvise and change the pike for plaice!
